Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Request your estimate and our team will reach out to schedule a time to look at your roof.
Do I need a whole new roof?
Not necessarily. Many roof problems can be repaired. We look at the condition of your roof and recommend the option that makes sense, whether that’s a repair or a replacement.
Is this the same as the $348 Rain-Ready service call?
No. The service call is a paid visit where a roofer works on small issues during the visit. This is an estimate for repair, reroofing and replacement projects, so you’ll get a recommendation and price before any work is scheduled.
What warranty do you offer?
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a written three, five or ten-year material and workmanship guarantee. Guarantees vary depending on the scope of work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tom Yancey Company holds California Contractor License #549999 and carries liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
There are some steps you’ll need to take yourself, but we’re happy to guide you through the insurance claim process.
